Yes: With ceramic or any kind of braces, avoid sticky foods like taffy or caramel. Avoid chewing on very hard things like ice or bones.

Yes: With any type of braces you need to be careful or just avoid "hard" or "sticky" foods. Cesar salad with grilled chicken should be fine. Just remember to brush and floss after each meal specially with braces since there are more places for food to get stuck between your teeth.

Brittle: Ceramic braces are a bit more brittle than metal braces, and they are slightly larger. They are more susceptible to becoming dislodged and they may fracture. They also have a tendency to slightly change color over ther course of treatment. Be careful. Don't cheat. Totally avoid anything hard, sticky, or chewy. For example, ask them to make the Chicken Cesar Salad without the croutons.

Yes, no croutons: just be careful to not eat anything too hard as these braces can break. Otherwise, sounds delicious-- can we have some? !
