No worries: Not completely normal since there were some cysts but they are very small and don't require any intervention at this time. Thyroid function is normal. Look at it again in a few years to track changes.

Nothing to worry: Although the findings you describe are not strictly speaking normal, none of the features you describe are worrisome.
