Probably not thyroid: Nodule does not appear autonomous ( doing its own thing) TSH still normal. No sptoms related to normal thyroid function. Sptoms usually come from an underlying autoimmune cponent.

TSH and Free T4 normal. Swollen face and upper arms and lower legs- not pitting. Thyroid sonongram showed right lobe 5.2 x 1.7 x 2.1 and left lobe 4.4 x 1.7 x 1.4 midly heterogenous and echotexture. No nodules or calcifications.
