Severe hypo/hyper sx for the past month, can barely function. TSH, Free T4 ,T3 normal. Thyroid nodule FNA biopsy 2008 was ok. PET scan 2013 showed Hypermetabolic nodule. U/S showed mild heterogeneous thyroid. Can Hashimoto's be cause of my sx?
