TSH 0.045. T4 free 1.56. US Thyroid shows 1) diffuse heterogeneous thyroid & 2) 6mm solid hypoechoic nodule. My PMD off for a month. Covering MD sent message saying no f/u needed because nodule so small bud didn't address #1 finding. Thoughts?

Severe hypo/hyper sx for the past month, can barely function. TSH, Free T4 ,T3 normal. Thyroid nodule FNA biopsy 2008 was ok. PET scan 2013 showed Hypermetabolic nodule. U/S showed mild heterogeneous thyroid. Can Hashimoto's be cause of my sx?
