Probably not if this is a natural cycle. Although multiple follicles may begin to develop during your cycle, usually one will mature more quickly, suppressing further development of the others, so it will be the only one that actually ovulates. Should more than one proceed to ovulation then fraternal twins (or more) are possible, but this is rare in the absence of fertility treatments.
