What cough cold meds can i take if i still breastfeed at night?

Limited: I would be careful about using cough meds with Codeine which is a very effective cough medicine. It may be safest to use a teaspoon of honey or some tea with honey and lemon. I do not think dextromethorphan works that well for most people and i would avoid using it if breastfeeding.
