Sores on hip: Check with dermatologist. These may be fungal, viral, mechanical, infectious.

Vesicles?: Little blisters are commonly seen with shingles (herpes zoster) and this may be a mild case of it. Tingling and burning sensation is common. Other causes such as bacterial infections, contact dermatitis, allergic reaction, etc. Are also possible. If possible, upload a picture.
