See your MD!: Cellulitis is a very serious infection and if it is spreading you need to see your doctor as soon as possible to evaluate your response to treatment. Even though you are already on Bactrim, (sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim) I would have your doc re-evaluate your treatment to determine why the redness is spreading.

All over rash?: Hi MorganS, cellulitis does not spread that way, especially if treated with antibiotics. I would be more concerned with an immune response either from meds or something else. Please go directly to your doctor for evaluation. Hope that helps
