Day by day...: "very fat" means different things to different people. If you are truly struggling with obesity, there is plenty of help available - but none of it is easy. We run a weight loss clinic in my family practice: two great recommendations are 1) ann fletcher's book "thin for life, " and 2) google up the national weight control registry for tricks of successful "losers." good luck - worth the struggle!
