Many people...: ....Swear it works. It is not approved in the United States for that purpose because there is insufficient evidence that it is either safe or effective. Nevertheless, many people use it. Many people also use fenugreek for that purpose. You can get it in health food stores, it's been used for centuries, it's safe, and it might help too. Stay well hydrated, rest when you can. Good luck.
