Maybe eczema: Eczema can be cleared by steroid creams but not cured for good. Once the steroid cream is stopped the rash may re-appear. Moisturizers and antihistamines ma help. A stronger steroid cream may also keep it at bay longer. If there is a food causing the rash then eliminating the cause will be helpful. A skin test can be very revealing here.
