If i fall one of my protruding screws from my tibia will it damage my fibular?

Unlikely: Once the bones are healed there is very little motion of the bones, and it is highly unlikely that a fall would damage anything. The screws and or other hardware are usually left in the patient for the rest of their life with no ill consequences.

Should not: The placement of the screws should be stable.
