Sorry. You may be 90 or 95%, but 100%? Nah. On the other hand, compared to when you were 20, at age 52 you’ve already experienced significant decline. It’s called aging. Probably be even worse over next 30 years

The most likely answer is yes. Give the healing process time and work with physical therapy. It is common to have knee pain after a surgery to fix a tibia fracture but functionally you should have minimal limitations.
