Chest Pain: Chest pain may be a symptom of acute coronary syndrome (acs) which in its worst case leads to myocardial infarction (heart attack). This is particularly worrisome for someone who has a history of coronary artery disease for instance like yourself if you were indeed a candidate for coronary artery bypass graft. Angina pectoris can also have these symptoms. Go to the er or see your physician.
