Palpitations. : Chest flutter. When you lay down at night your body distributes fluid from your legs back to your central part of your body. This can cause increase strain on the heart and palpitations. Nocturnal asthma a possibility too.

In case...findings..: Might be Anxiety Attacks about personal concerns or fears related to sleep time. But still, should see PCP or Cardiologist for Check Up and EKG, in case there are Clinical findings that might require attention/ treatment. The sooner the better.
