NeedsToBeChecked ER: Rescue inhaler like Albuterol can raise your heart rate but not up to 197.Why are you on Beta Blocker.Usually Beta Blockers are contraindicated in Patients with Bronchial Asthma.You also had Echocardiogram.Beta blockers are only used I asthmatics who have co morbid cardiovascular disease. Go to ER
