Could be LUPUS,,: These signs could all point to sle or systemic lupus erythematosus. Your creatinine can mean renal involvement, and the rash, although sle has the malar or "butterfly" rash on the face, not the chest, and heart involvement is inflammation, like carditis, more than rhythm changes, but no two cases are alike.
