Unlikely: Anything is possible, but the best way to know for sure is a urine or blood pregnacy test. Bleeding gums could be due to inflammation in the gums or other problems. See a dentist.

Doubtful: It doesn't mean your pregnant...It does mean you have bleeding gums which usually is the result of infection you can try adding some oregano oil (just a few drops) to your toothpaste use that for a few days...Remember you do have gum disease...I do not know how severe would suggest you see your dentist.

Possibly: There are many causes of bleeding gums.Mucous membranes, including your gums and nose, can become swollen and sensitive during pregnancy. As a result you may notice nose bleeds when you blow too hard or bleeding gums when you brush your teeth.. Also a result of higher Progesterone levels during pregnancy, your gums may react more to the bacteria in plaque. You may be pregnant but not necessarily.

Yes...but: Pregnancy can make gums bleed more. In fact it is called pregnancy gingivitis. However, you do not have to be pregnant to have your gums bleed. You may have gum disease and not be pregnant.
