Nerve stretch: Injury to the shoulder followed by numbness or pain in the hand could indicate stretch or injury to the nerves around the shoulder. These often resolve spontaneously.

Nerve injury: You seem to have injured either ulnar or median nerve in forearm or wrist. You may need ncv and EMG test.
