Ulnar neuropathy: "inside elbow" is the realm of the ulnar nerve, so your symptoms may represent a cubital tunnel syndrome, which is an ulnar nerve compression condition at the elbow that can cause the symptoms you describe. Alternatively, a cervical radiculopathy (pinched nerve in your neck) could cause similar symptoms. See a physician if symptoms persist.
