Calf pain : If doppler is negative for dvt, then consider soleus strain, referred ls spine nerve pain, localized swelling/edema, hematoma, etc.

Be careful: Some time some fluid leak to the calf area from the back of the joint could cause this.
The important thing to find out for sure you do not have blood clots.
