Had cauda equina, did surgery, but still have incontinence, my urologist says bladder is perfect and thinks nerves is still compressed. is that so?

Most likely : Your urologist is likely correct and there i'd likely still somecompression causing persistent incontinence.

Probably: The sacral nerve plexus is involved with cauda equina as is the lumbar nerves. This causees decreased detrussor function which is required for bladder emptying. You should be getting residuals checked by your urologist. If still elevated, consider self cath.

Can't say for sure: You need a complete evaluation by a urologist. If you have questions after checking with the doc that did your surgery, absolutely seek a second opinion. Recurrent or residual incontinence can have several causes & a history, physical, labs, cysto, & repeat uds could be helpful in the workup.
