After bladder sling surgery i had uti, unable to totally void my bladder, having to still wear pads, because the surgery did not fix my incontinence problem. my urologist is now recommending another surgery to correct the sling pinching the urethra?

Sometimes the sling is too tight and needs adjusting- if that is what is proposed then it might help you empty the bladder better and with the UTI. Good luck
