See urology: Obviously this is not good news for you. I would make sure that you go back to the urologist for further evaluation and get recommendations on treatment for your problem.

Check residual: See your urologist to do what is called a post void residual which checks to see that after you urinate that if there is any ursine that is truly remaining in your bladder or you are just feeling that symptom. Discuss also with your spine surgeon and possibly get repeat lumbar spine MRI with contrast to assess that region.
