i have a left adrenal benign adenoma i have just received my blood results for creatinine which is 70 and egfr 79 does this suggest i have ckd stage 2?

No: Ignore the adenoma unless you are an obvious endocrine case or your physician's concerned. We pathologists run the lab and encourage everyone to "look at the person, not the numbers." a single lab value means nothing; a pattern of clearly elevated creatinines over time suggests chronic kidiney troubles but even then the only question is, "what to do?".
