Low GFR: That is a very high creatinine level (not good) and a low GFR (not good either) + blood in the urine (not good). She needs to see a doctor (nephrologist if possible) to determine why this is happening (which could be many possibilities). Kidneys can be damaged very quickly for a variety of reasons, so hopefully your aunt will not delay getting a diagnosis!
