Get evaluated ASAP!: Without knowing more information - age, cardiac risk factors, more characteristics of chest pain, and other symptoms, I suggest you seek medical attention asap. Your pulsatile lump sounds like an umbilical hernia. If it is tender, it should also be evaluated as soon as possible. Take Care!
