Hard to say!: You need to get the lump in your armpit examined. If it is painful, it is likely a boil or abscess. It is not possible to say if it is related to your pain in your abdomen and chest. If those pains were sudden and then stopped quickly and have not come back, then that is not likely to be problem. If they continue to occur see your doc sooner than later! You can get all 3 problems evaluated then
