Really small lump not visible but palpable in the lower left abdomen . it's not painful and i don't have other symptoms . what could it be ?

Lump in abdomen: It's hard to tell what it could be. I would watch for any symptoms: enlarging size, pain, nausea/vomiting, chances in stool (either constipation or diarrhea). It wouldn't be a bad idea to see your doc and get it evaluated.
