Sort of: Hepatitis b will live in blood on surfaces for hours and can be spread as such. I am hoping you are referring to animal blood though and not human blood. There can be bacteria living in blood that is on a floor that is not well cleaned. I would just highly suggest you left your shoes outside before coming in.
