No risk. This is one of those theoretical risks that has never happened, or so rarely it can be ignored. Nobody has ever been reliably reported to have caught HIV or other blood borne illness by stepping on a used needle, cutting themselves with an bloody sharp object, or other environmental exposure. The scenario you outline is impossible -- or in the same risk range as being hit by a meteorite.
