.prostate (?): This is the location for prostate pain, may be inflamed or infected. Muscle strain also common here. Try heat, rest, perhaps even ice pack, but if pain >24 hrs or associated with fever, urinating pain, go see a urologist to make sure ( hint: prostatitis is not only for 'old' guys!).
