Invisalign: 50% of my invisalign treatment are relapse cases. Invisalign is great for that. Make sure you get vivera retainers after treatmten.

YES!: Invisilign was originally designed to move the one/two teeth that had relapsed over the years after braces. However, sometimes it takes longer to move back with a plastic removable, not-always-worn appliance than traditional braces. Get a couple opinions, but only from orthodontists. They have the extra education over general dentists. Don't take any chances with your smile!

See Orthodontist: Giving an opinion based on cell phone pictures is not the best answer. Most orthodontists have no fees for an examination. In that manner, you can receive an accurate answer to your question.

Invisalign will help: Invisalign will help more than a removal appliance, in moving your teeth back into place.

Not diagnostic: Your picture indicates upper and lower anterior crowding. What is not discernible is the amount of bone support. Straightening teeth with inadequate bone support is doomed to failure. Fixed appliances may be necessary. With your history once a solution is found, aggressive post-correction retention will be mandatory. See a qualified Orthodontic Specialist.
