Enlarged Lymph Nodes: Both can, but not necessarily. If you feel an enlarged lymph node, point it out to your doctor, ultrasound then is indicated, followed by ultrasound guided biopsy.

There is : limited evaluation of axillary lymph nodes on mammography, so if you feel you have enlarged lymph nodes, don't assume it will be picked up on the mammo. Point it out to the mammo tech, and definitely discuss it with your doctor.
