Lymph nodes: are normal structures commonly found in the breast on mammography. As long as the lymph node is normal in size and shape, it is considered a benign finding(BIRADS category 2) and requires no follow-up or treatment. If it looks abnormal, or if there are other relevant clinical factors in play, biopsy or other additional workup might be indicated.

Biopsy of what ????: There is no specific target and blind of the breast is fruitless. If in doubt ask your MD and if dissatisfied get 2nd opinion
