I have alot of breast pain on mammogram a large lymph node was found could that cause such pain i can't even touch my chest plus have chest pain?

Biopsy and/or I&D: Hi. You need to go to a breast clinic. You may need a biopsy of the lymph node and any other suspicious mass. The pain may be an abscess, which would need to be incised and drained. The internet is no place for this problem. You need a hands on physician. Good luck!
