Laser Skin Peel: Laser ablation of the skin is a controlled burn using a variety of types of light energy (e.g. Erbium or carbon dioxide lasers) to stimulate collagen formation, promote new skin formation, and in general restore a more youthful, and less wrinkled appearance to the skin. There is inevitably some downtime associated with the laser treatment, you must keep the skin moist during the healing phase.

Laser skin smoothing: Laser skin resurfacing works by precisely removing a thin layer off the surface of the skin with a laser. This then stimulates the skin into healing that microscopic layer by laying down protein (collagen) and results in a smoother skin surface and clearer complexion.
