Headache: Migraine is the most common cause for headaches. However if this is a new headache and you never had sonething like this before then it needs to be evaluated urgerntly as its important to make sure you do not have a structural lesion in the brain causing this headache.

Yes possibly: If you don't have a history of migraines, then i recommend that you get checked, since the right eye vision blurry may not fit with migraine. Cover each eye separately to find out whether the right side of both eyes is blurry.
