Finger: First you need to be evaluated and get an x-ray. As treatment will depend upon what the injury is a fracture a dislocation or a fracture - dislocation but reduction and surgery is possible a month later but a discussion with a hand surgeon regarding risks benefits and possible treatment alternatives is likely needed. This is no longer a simple pop it back in issue.
