Start moving it with: It buddy taped to adjacent finger. Should be feeling better in a couple of weeks. May always have a little swelling in the pop joint and have to increase your ring size down the road of you wear a ring on that finger.

My thumb joint is very painful and swollen. Severe pain grasping or moving thumb towards small finger. Some pain 1 month, severe pain 3 days.
