Yes but: There are several possible outcomes with the fetus with your set up. If your normal chromosomes 1& 9 or the balanced 1& 9 are in the egg, you fetus can be normal but may carry the trans-location. If a normal 1 is paired with the trans-located 9 or or normal 9 with abnormal 1, you will have a deletion set up.This fetus is likely to have significant problems if it survives pregnancy.
