Bowels?: How bloated/ constipated are you? Have you looked at your diet and seen any correlation with the stinging pain?

? Appendicitis: Did u have an ultrasound or a ct scan. Ultrasound can detect gall or kidney stones or gross structural kidney abnormality, but not good appendicitis. Ct is now the primary imaging modality fot appendicitis. Right-sided lower abdominal tenderness abdomen is often a good + reliable sign of appendicitis, which remains the most common cause of pain in this location, especially in young individuals.
