Could brain mri detect meniere?

It is possible: Classically audiometric testing and clinical history will diagnose meniere's disease. Recent literature now supports that mris under special protocols may detect endolympathic hydrops. This finding may be associated with meniere's disease.

You need 3T MRI: Look up 3t MRI and meniere's disease. I would also suggest a 32 channel MRI head coil.
