No: If indeed you have a UTI 2 weeeks is too long. Go see a provider.

Get antibiotic local: Some counties sell antibiotics over the counter without a prescription. Some health insurances will reimburse for medical care. Not worth waiting 2 weeks. Thus choice is to see a dr. (cheaper than usa in most countries), or otc antibiotics from a pharmacy. Bacrtim, Cipro (ciprofloxacin) or Macrodantin are first line antibiotics. This is an outline of acceptable meds & not to be considered specific medical advice.
