Check adrenals: You could have adrenal fatigue. Consider four times a day 24 hr salivary cortisol testing. Your cortisol could be low. Consider licorice tea made with 1 heaped tsp licorice root powder in the evening if so. Levothyroxine also may be wrong med. Check free T3 (liothyronine) and reverse t3 (liothyronine). Ft3 (liothyronine) should be in upper range and rt3 (liothyronine) in lower range. If your ratio is off, you may need Armour Thyroid instead.

Need evaluation: A blood pressure of 110/60 is normal. It should not be causing "feeling faint" symptoms. Hypothyroid can cause dizziness but if the thyroid labs on the current levothyroxine dose is normal, then you can't blame the thyroid either. See your doctor to get your labs checked. You might need to look at other things: anemia, medication side effects, inner ear infection, vertigo, dehydration...
