Brush, Floss, Rinse: Pregnancy is a tricky time for mums gums, the change in hormones makes them prone to swollen gums that may bleed easily if they are not kept really clean. I strongly recommend that you up the anti with your home care, brush and floss well and rinse with a good mouth rinse like listerine. I would also suggest that you call your dentist and ask him to check you. You might need a cleaning.

Brush the gum: Brush the gum parallel to the neck of the tooth, even if resulted in bleeding, will help to debride the gum. Estrogen level will increase during pregnancy, leading to increasing level of the biproduct estradiol, which cause the bacterial overgrowth, which leads to inflamed and bleeding gum. Thus, brushing is the best gum treatment during pregnancy.
