Could be many: This is ai difficult question as many sleep disorders cause arousals from sleep. The most common one is obstructive sleep apnea. However, leg movements during sleep, medications, certain anxiety disorders, and pain can all cause awakenings. It would be best to ask a bed partner if they notice anything unusual about your sleep and consider seeing a sleep specialist.
