Teething: At this age he may be teething and the pain is waking him up.. Try giving him Ibuprofen or tylenol (acetaminophen) before bedtime for pain relief.

7mo. with abd pain: Several possibilities. Any change in diet? Was he breast fed and recently switched to cows milk formula or other formula? This could be formula or milk sensitivity causing allergy or irritation. If you are breast feeding then check your diet, as it effects breast milk.
