Develop a plan: 1. forgive. its not something that allows bad behavior, its something you give yourself so you aren't angry all day 2. start your day with an intention. it could be "today i will not argue with anyone" then let it simmer in your unconsciousness. 3. have an anger plan of what you will do if you get irritated - breath, listen to music, call friend whatever you want just so you have an alternative
