Stress management: If the pain is only associated with anger, it is could be due to stress. Stress can cause an increase in adrenaline which causes blood vessels to constrict in the head. Consider taking a meditation class, buying a Heart Math device, or just breathing deeply and slowly when you are angry (count to 4 on inhale and exhale). Recognize triggers for anger and focus on those things you can change.
